Thanks to traditional methods like bronze-die extrusion and low-temperature drying, this pasta delivers a firm, resilient bite and a naturally full flavour that complements most sauces. The addition of spent grain flour enhances the nutritional profile with increased magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium, and a complete set of 9 essential amino acids - all while reducing the environmental impact of production.
